Bud Light Easy Carry Contest

THE ASK

Bud Light asked our team to create a Social Driven campaign to compliment their commercial Titled "Magnet" in which the main character takes it upon herself to order and hand-deliver a round of freshly poured pints to her friends. Bud Light introduced customers to their new motto Easy to Drink, Easy to Enjoy. Thus, the Easy Carry Contest was created, asking users to share their carries for the chance to win $15K and tickets to the Final Four!

To maximize exposure, the campaign engaged both paid and unpaid influencers, gifting them branded merch kits to boost participation. Additionally, Pat McAfee joined forces with Bud Light, promoting the contest on his show and even having members of his team attempt the challenge.

Jordan Knapp, the talent featured in the :30 spot, took the excitement to Madison Square Garden for the Sweet 16, capturing live content that went viral on Instagram, amassing over 1 million likes. Prior to this, Jordan's fame spread across meme accounts through Bud Light's collaboration with Doing Things Media.

Popular Creators like Druski, Allison Kuch and Rachel Demita created their own short-form videos doing the challenge.

RESULT

The campaign #EasyCarryContest generated over 6.2 Million impressions in its first 72 hours. Over 400 video submissions and managed to get our star, Jordan Knapp to the Sweet 16 at MSG where her carrying skills were picked up by popular meme accounts and generated over 2 Million views.
